Web shop instructions
Merkki-Albert's web shop offers a wide rage of stamps and postcards. The items have been sorted into different categories, which you can browse using the menu on the left. After every category with items, the total number of items is displayed in parenthesis.
When you are browsing items you can sort them in three different ways: by name, by number or by insertion date. You can also choose to look at the items separately with small pictures or in a list without pictures.
The items have been divided into several pages to make browsing easier. You can change the page by using the drop-down box in the upper right corner or by using the previous/next links above the items.
It is easy to find specific items using the search-function, which can be found on the left under the categories. The search finds items containing the word or part of a word that the user has entered into the box. The search results can be browsed in the same way as a normal category.
If you want to look at an item more closely you can go the item’s page by clicking its picture or name. On this page there is a larger picture and additional information about the item. There are also previous/next links for browsing.
When you add an item to the shopping cart ("add to cart"-link) an orange cart will be displayed in the upper right corner of the items picture.
The shopping cart itself is located in the upper right corner of the page and contains links to view the cart or to proceed to the checkout.
An order can be made in 4 simple steps
